Monika Wator became a Realtor after leaving her career  working for Canadian Dept. Of Foreign Affairs and then Immigration overseas.
She left  to pursue Real Estate, a field that she had considered in early 90ties while attending York U. and observing family members dealing with a variety of Realtors.  After successful and rewarding work overseas she felt that it is time to pursue a new challenge.

Buying and selling a property  is an emotional and at times stressful process.   It requires time, dedication, patience and experience.   A lot of Realtors take more than they can handle which results in a low standard service. Monika likes to personally handle her clients and does not believe in taking in more than she can handle.
